2nd October 2021 @ 7:30 pm 9:30 pm

This has all the hallmarks of a must-see concert: new commissions by Sadie Harrison and Morag Galloway, Philip Grange’s Homage to Chagall and the wonderful playing of the ensemble, Gemini. What could possibly make this event even more rewarding? How about a preconcert talk by Philip Grange (6.45pm) plus a complimentary glass of wine!

Steve Crowther: Trio for clarinet, viola & piano
Sadie Harrison: Fire in Song (Gemini commission, 1st perf.)

You can sample the music on Spotify. Morag Galloway’s vocal piece in the playlist is not in the concert, but included as an example of her work, performed by a different group (Juice Vocal Ensemble). The rest are performed by Gemini.
